Closure

Every relationship is eternal. The Universe encourages you to end every relationship – no matter how small or short-lived – in a positive way.

But what should you do if you have so much difficulty with someone and you end this relationship in anger, frustration, tears, and you must walk away out of (mental or physical) self-protection?

Make peace with yourself. You don't have to forget what happened or forgive what they did.

Forgiveness is a transformative act. It allows you to release the burden of resentment and anger, and it can set you free from the emotional chains that bind you.

You can forgive their lack of awareness, zero inner wisdom, compassion and love, and emotional immaturity.

Remember, forgiveness is an act of self-love. It's not about condoning the other person's actions, but about releasing the hold they have on your emotions.

You forgive out of self-love to restore peace in your heart and mind so that this person doesn't change you into someone you don't want to be.

If you feel you can't cope with this alone, please remember that it's okay to seek help. There are people and resources available to support you through this difficult time.
